The GA State Board for Heating and Air or HVAC Construction Industry Licensing Board has several requirements covered in the link below. Available classes: Manual J Heat Loss Gain, Manual D Air Duct Design, Manual N Commercial Design, and Exam Prep Classes.

Mandatory ACCA Manual J 8th Edition & ACCA Manual D Design, , ACCA ACCREDITED & Qualifies as GA Cont. Ed. and NATE recognized CEH’s, call or email for class dates, two day Friday & Saturday 8AM – 5 PM (Next Class March 17th and 18th)
Class II Commercial Class, call or email for Class date, One day, Sunday class, 8AM – 5 PM (Next Class March 19th)

How It Started
Around 1991, Buck and Glenda Bailie, a retired GA power company marketing executive and his wife started B & G Designs, a teaching company. Their company helped people pass the Georgia state warm air license exam. They were the first to offer this service and their reputation was known as the ‘go to’ people for a license. Others have tried to copy their material but forgot that the expertise and knowledge of the instructor, ‘Buck,’ was the primary reason for the high passing ratio, not the printed material.
A GA power marketing executive myself, I decided to get a warm license. Of course, I knew to see Buck. During the class, Buck approached me and asked if I would be interested in teaching. He said if I liked it, I would soon have the opportunity to continue the business. I was honored that Buck had the confidence in me to teach and continue what he and Glenda had worked so hard to build. I was glad to join Buck and Glenda’s team.
In 2000, Buck retired a second time, and I purchased the business and changed its name to D & M HVAC Consultants, Inc. I have continued to teach the proven methods ever since and maintain high passing ratio’s with multiple students scoring 100. One of the most rewarding feelings I experience is to have a student of mine call me and say, ‘I passed the test, and I couldn’t have done it without you!
My Beliefs, Passion, & Goal
Philippians: 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
I believe in a quote that says, "Feed a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man how to fish and you feed him for life." I teach people 'how to fish,' the only difference is I do it by helping them get a license. This is my mission and my goal. If you do what I tell you to do, you will achieve your goal too.
